1. Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging (including jewelry boxes or pouches) is intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@orabella.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges:
• We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
• If the replacement item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
7. Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Orabella is not responsible for lost return shipment.
